Does whitening damage your teeth?
Not when it's done professionally. In-clinic whitening uses controlled concentrations that brighten enamel safely. Over-the-counter kits are where sensitivity problems usually start.
Bleeding gums? Don't ignore them.
Bleeding when you brush is an early sign of gum disease, and it's very treatable when caught early. A checkup and a deep cleaning are usually all it takes to turn it around.
